Deadlift & Deal Flow is a women only networking experience designed to bring together ambitious founders and venture capitalists in a setting that feels authentic, collaborative, and refreshingly different. Instead of traditional panels and awkward networking, the morning kicks off with a lifting workshop, followed by founders and VCs pairing up for a warm up and spotting session, creating natural conversations through shared challenges and mutual support. From protein shots at check in to the community Deadlift Party and a relaxed mixer, the event celebrates strength, meaningful connections, and the belief that the best partnerships are built by lifting each other up, both inside and outside the gym.
