An evening of home made food, reflection, words and song set in the sublime surroundings of Anello Kitchen Garden. - Gorgeous freshly prepared food, words, music & kindred spirits come together in warmth, candlelight and ease in a space that feels safe enough to share a favourite poem, passage to read aloud, or song to sing. Between readings you’ll be carried by Belinda & Heidi's original songs and musical landscapes, inviting you to slow down, reflect and be present. Set in the sublime surroundings of Anello Kitchen Garden, we invite you to share in a beautiful meal prepared by the wonderful Kate and Miriam from Anello. A chance to connect and soak in the atmosphere of this special kitchen garden, set within the fields in rural West Slaithwaite. After our meal, we will light the fire and gather in a circle to share stories, spoken word, snippets from favourite books, a song or two all interspersed with music provided by Belinda O'Hooley & Heidi Tidow. This event is totally acoustic to blend in with the sounds of the birds, and other wildlife around us.We think it will be very, very special indeed.The garden is in a field which when dry is wheelchair accessible. The toilet isn't. However, we are allowed to use the toilets (which has an accessible toilet) at Zapato (a short distance from the garden). In the event of poor weather, we will relocate the venue to Anello Restaurant in Slaithwaite.
