(CPD Guide: 1 PM, SL) This session is delivered by Kym McCarthy, Director, Audacieux Legal and Consulting. Kym will discuss the Corporations Act and the new mandatory climate related financial disclosures. This will be well-timed to consider the first round of disclosures for Group 1 organisations which will have taken place by the end of the 2025-2026 financial year.
