Vermouth is a wine that has been infused with herbs, spices and botanicals, then lightly fortified, giving it loads of flavours without the high alcohol. It's bright, aromatic and deliciously bitter-sweet. Perfect on ice or in cocktails. In Spain, vermouth is more popular than gin. Cheers!
