Creative DNA 5Rhythms Full day workshop

"The 5Rhythms are the DNA of the creative process" ~ Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms founder

Join us for this full day 5Rhythms workshop to explore and bring to the surface our lightest & brightest self using the 5Rhythms map as the DNA for our creativity. We’ll follow our loves, take risks and embrace the unexpected with a sense of curiosity. We’ll bear witness to our shadows, experiencing a fullness of joy that doesn’t wallpaper over the cracks. We’ll dance, create and collaborate.

This is a full day 5Rhythms workshop with musician, teacher, artist, creative, David Juriansz.

“I yearn for creative freedom. A beginning where the judge and critic are asleep, so we become lost in the joy of the moment, in the love of pure creative experience. This is our natural intelligence.” ~ David Juriansz

No experience is necessary. All you need is curiosity and the willingness to open to your creative self.

This event is being held @FRANKSTON UNITING CHURCH, not St Paul's
