PKHBA AGM and Post-AGM Presentations

PKHBA Annual General Meeting - November 19, 2026
Join us for the PKHBA Annual General Meeting, where members come together to reflect on the past year, review key initiatives, and look ahead at what's next. We will also elect our 2026/2027 PKHBA Board of Directors. This important event also provides an opportunity to connect with fellow members and stay engaged in the future direction of the association! This year's AGM will be held at Fleming College.
Attendance is free for Members and $40 for all non-Members and Partners.
Doors open for voting members at 4:00 p.m. with voting starting promptly at 4:15 p.m.
Doors will open to Non-Members and partners at 4:35 p.m.
There will be short presentations, networking, light snacks and a cash bar.
Please note that registration is required for all attending this event.
Trade show booths are also available but limited. These booths are open to members and non members. We are encouraging members to sign up to showcase their businesses, supplies, and offerings during our AGM event. This is a unique opportunity to get in front of our members as well as Fleming College Students as they end their school day.
