Road Running: 42.2 km, 21.1 km, 21 km, 10 km, 5 km LETSGO POTCH MARATHON 2026 Get ready for an exciting community event that's all about uplifting Potchefstroom! Letsgo Potch is back for its sixth edition, and it's open to everyone. This year, we will be hosting the ASA National 10km championship incorporated with the Letsgo 10km Race. EVENT INFORMATION Date Saturday, 17 October 2026 @ 05:15 - 11:15 Location North West Cricket Oval, Potchefstroom Entries - Pre-entries close on 12 October 2026 @ 17:00. - No day entries will be available on race day. Entry fees per Category 5km : R120 - 08:00 10km : R190 - 07:00 21.1km : R250 - 06:00 42.2km : R300 - 05:15 License Information Please note that temporary or permanent ASA licenses are required for the 5km Timed Run, 10km, 21.1km & 42.2km races, temporary licenses available at just R70. Official Qualifier Our marathon is an official Comrades Marathon qualifier and Two Oceans Marathon qualifier. Race Number Pick Up Race numbers can be picked up from Wednesday, 14 October 2026 @ 12:00-18:00, Thursday, 15 October 2026 @ 12:00 - 18:00, Friday, 16 October 2026 @ 12:00 - 20:00 and Saturday, 17 October 2026 from 04:00. Venue: Fire&Fragrance, Die Bult, Potchefstroom. Cut-off times The marathon distance will have a cut-off time of 3 hours at the halfway mark and 6 hours for the full distance. All athletes will be picked up by the sweeping vehicle that is still on the road by 11:00. The race referee reserves the right to have an athlete picked up who shows any signs of health problems during the race.
