Surrounded by beautiful orchards and fun farm activities, our birthday tent rentals offer the perfect setting for creating lasting memories.We offer 2 price levels:BIRTHDAYPARTYTENT RENTAL & PASSES FOR 20 - $300IncludesPartyTent rental for 2 hours, 20 farm admissions plus thebirthdaychild, and 2 dozen donuts. Farm admissions are good until close of business (6pm) on thedayof theparty.BIRTHDAYPARTYTENT RENTAL & PASSES FOR 30 - $400IncludesPartyTent rental for 2 hours, 30 farm admissions plus thebirthdaychild, and 3 dozen donuts. Farm admissions are good until close of business (6pm) on thedayof theparty.The tent is set inside of Woody's Activity and Play area and provides a central place for you to gather and create magical memories.BirthdayTents are rented out at 2-hour intervals on Saturdays or Sundays.Outside food, cakes, and drinks are allowed for yourpartyattendees but may only be consumed inside thebirthdaytent.Woody’s does not offer any storage or delivery for outside food.Apple or pumpkin picking is not included but can be purchased separately.If you need additional admission entries, they can be purchased at the Admissions Booth as needed. Children 2 and under are always free. Seniors age 60+ and military personnel with ID may purchase discounted passes for $9.95. Wagon rides are included as long the tractors are running on thedayof yourparty.Rain Policy: In the event of inclement weather, apartymay be either rescheduled (subject to availability) or the payment shall be refunded in full. Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of the start time of the reservedparty. If Woody's cancels thepartythe deposit will be refunded in full if not rescheduled.By renting aBirthdayPartyTent you are taking full legal responsibility for all adults and children that attend theparty.
