Broadford Secondary College – Class of 2026 Graduation Friday 20 November 2026 Casa D’Abruzzo Club – L’Aquila Hall 55 O’Herns Road, Epping We are delighted to invite our graduating students and their families to celebrate the Broadford Secondary College Class of 2026. Please arrive from 5:30 pm for a 6:00 pm start. The evening will include dinner, graduation presentations, music, photography and plenty of opportunities to celebrate together. Families wishing to use available CSEF or School Saving Bonus funds should contact the school office before booking. Any remaining balance must be paid through the school office at the time of booking Ticket prices: Students and adults – $100 Children under 12 – $60 Children under 5 – $20 Any remaining tickets will later be released for additional guests on a first come, first served basis. Tables & Seating Tables seat 10–12 guests**. When booking, families can nominate another graduating student/family they would like to sit with. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee specific tables. The school will allocate each booking party to a table; there will be no allocated individual seats. Dinner A three-course dinner will be served with alternating dishes: Entrée: Penne Carbonara or Lasagne Main: Chicken Parmigiana or Veal Scaloppine, served with roast potatoes, vegetables and salad Dessert: Tiramisu Ice Cream or Sticky Date Pudding Tea and coffee will also be provided. Children’s meals will be available. Dietary Requirements All dietary requirements and allergies must be provided when booking so they can be supplied to the venue in advance. The venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements; however, as food is prepared in a commercial kitchen where allergens are present, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Drinks A bar will operate at designated times throughout the evening and following the formal presentations. BYO alcohol is not permitted, alcohol cannot be taken outside the licensed area, and children are not permitted at the bars. Celebrating the Night The evening will include a DJ, professional photographer, photo booth, shimmer wall and balloon arch. Photographs taken by the event photographer will be uploaded to a private online gallery after Graduation. Anyone provided with the gallery link will be able to view and download all photographs. Guests who do not wish to appear in the shared gallery should not participate in photographs taken by the event photographer.
