Release of Liability: I, and anyone on my behalf, release Ramjhat Garba 2025 organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from my participation in this event. Photography Consent: I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and social media purposes by the event organizers. Minors: Guardians accompanying minors are fully responsible for their supervision and conduct during the event. Code of Conduct: I agree to treat all participants and volunteers respectfully. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event. By attending the event, you acknowledge and accept this waiver in full.
