Campus Masterplanning consultation

Dear Colleagues

We invite you to participate in our Campus Masterplanning consultation process.

Over the past months, we have begun work on a Campus Masterplan Framework , a shared vision for how our five campuses (Rennie/Medway, Lawrance, the Junior School, Artemis and our Sporting Facilities) can evolve together as one connected school, rather than five sites planned in isolation.

As teaching and professional staff, you are closest to how our spaces work, for pedagogy, operations, safety and the everyday flow of school life. Your input matters at this early stage, before decisions are locked in, not after.

From October 2026, we will be conducting a consultation process bringing together staff from across roles and campuses to test the framework's thinking around teaching and learning, operations, safety and IT implications. The consultation will run on a staged calendar over the coming weeks, engaging staff, students, parents and alumnae.

Everything gathered will feed into a ranked Facilities Priorities Matrix and a Masterplan Consultation Synthesis. We will report back to you on what we heard, how we will respond, and where something isn't being taken forward and why.
