Grisht Ashram offers you 9 weekend intensives on 9 amazing and essential topics, starting October 2026. These are 9 modules of the Level One Kundalini Yoga teacher training programme, which this year we are opening up to those who may not feel called to or aren’t yet ready for teacher training, but who do want to go deeper. Each weekend involves teachings, philosophy and Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations, including Aquarian Sadhana - our early morning practice - on Sunday morning. Be guided and inspired by knowledgable and devoted trainers from around the world and enjoy the sense of connection with other fellow journeyers on the path. Join us for a single topic of your choosing, or for some of them or, for a more ongoing course of study in which you commit to and invest in your growth and well-being, all.
