ChoreoCon day ticket

Description

Choreographic Convention is a one-day event within Moving in November, taking place on November 13th across different venues in Helsinki. The day is open for festival guests who purchase a day ticket, and it consists of different parcours (French for route, path, or journey). For the parcours, festival guests choose a certain path for their day, including a selected set of performances, different activities and performative encounters. You can already buy your ChoreoCon day ticket now and secure your spot. The information and schedules for different parcours (routes) will be announced soon here. Day ticket holders will receive an email with all the information. All the parcours will include: Soup Talk Panel: choreographer Michael Turinsky, researcher Riina Hannuksela and additional invited guests (12.00, Caisa) Sara Grotenfelt: Last Hurrah (14.00 & 20.00, Caisa) Works included only in some of the parcours: Koistinen, Rönkkö, Salin & Valikoski: In the Waning Light II (TSC Studio, Cable Factory) Matilda Aaltonen: To follow your tail (Turbiinisali, Cable Factory) Findlay//Sandsmark: broken (iteration III) (Mad House) The following artists share their work through various workshop formats or artistic interventions, which are included only in some of the parcours: Chen Amor Nadler & Kadence Luella Neill, Esete Sutinen, Jana Unmüssig, Lydia Touliatou, Maija Hirvanen, Maija Mustonen & Satu Herrala & Anna Karhu Cormier, Mikko Niemistö, Suvi Kemppainen, Vincent Roumagnac, Monia Penttinen & Vivian WONG Wing Lam & Elena Faki & Saeed Asadsangabi, MA choreography students from Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm. You are warmly welcome to this special day to follow a parcours of your choice. Please note that the ChoreoCon day ticket itself does not guarantee access for all of the activities.
