<p>For 18 months, the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) besieged the city of Al-Fashir in North Darfur. In a new, comprehensive report, Amnesty International documents how the non-Arab civilian population was systematically prevented from fleeing, abducted, and killed between early 2024 and October 2025.
