Join us for the annual Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest & Parade 🎃 🐕The event features a costumed pup parade around Stowe Park ending up at the amphitheater. Judges will choose a first and second prize.Pet registration is $10 and all proceeds from this event will be donated to Gaston County Animal Control and Enforcement.🎟️ Stay tuned for tickets available beginning 10/1!This event is rain or shine.
