Open Play: Headstands & Handstands Sunday, October 4th | 1 PM - 3 PM | The Forum, Red Deer   Train Upside Down. Build Strength. Find Your Balance. Ready to build confidence in your headstands and handstands? This themed Open Play is designed for practitioners looking for dedicated training time, community connection, and a supportive space to refine inversions, troubleshoot challenges, and work toward new skills at their own pace. This is not an instructed class and is not intended for those with no prior experience. Participants should have some experience with headstands, handstands, or inversion training and be comfortable working independently. Throughout the session, you’ll have access to: Open training space to drill, refine, and experiment Mats, wall space, and optional spotting support to practice safely A community of fellow practitioners working toward their own goals Coaches on hand for spotting, feedback, and occasional tips when needed Whether you’re holding your first freestanding headstand, building confidence in your handstand, refining your line, or working toward longer holds and smoother entries, this Open Play offers the space and support to help you progress.
