A high impact combination of cardio and strength training exercises designed to improve muscle endurance and heart health. Venue: Keilor Community Hub, 704B Old Calder Hwy, Keilor Thursdays 16 July - 17 September (11 sessions) 6.15 pm–7 pm - $55 If you would like to join a program that has already started, please contact the Centre on 9249 4224 to organise a pro-rata payment. You will receive a Promo Code so you only pay for classes from your start date.
