Fall has arrived in Rowlett, and that means it's time for Scarecrows on Main to make its return! Community members and local businesses are invited to show off their creativity by designing and displaying their very own scarecrow downtown. Entries will be judged in fun categories like Best in Show, Best Fall Theme, and Most Texan, with winners announced on Rowlett social media. Participation is free for the public, with a small fee for established businesses.
