FRENCH LIVING ROOM

Une langue a besoin d’un endroit où vivre. Once a month, the Socialoftas living room becomes a French-speaking social space in Vilnius. Not a French class. Not a language exchange. Just an evening for people who speak French to meet, have tea and spend a couple of hours together. Maybe French is your first language. Maybe your second, third or fourth. Maybe you haven't spoken it much lately. If French is a language you speak, this room is for you. Come in, have some tea, find a sofa or a chair and join the room. There’s no programme to follow and no introductions around the room. Move around or spend the whole evening talking to the same two people. There’ll be music, tea and small snacks. And because a French-speaking room without opinions would be suspicious, we may leave a few questionable statements around the room. Agree. Disagree. Ignore them completely.
