STAY UP presents... SIGNAL

Justin James of Windsor, CA returns to West Michigan with a new live set built around the spontaneity and unpredictability of live improvisational techno. His new live set moves beyond the traditional DJ format, using hardware and live production tools to build rhythms, textures, loops and transitions in real time. Each performance is fluid and reactive, allowing the music to evolve organically from one moment to the next. James creates the set live, balancing precision and improvisation to deliver a constantly evolving techno experience where no two performances are exactly the same.
