Iridescent soundscapes from acclaimed violin and guitar duo based in Hay on Wye - Peiriant have now released two lovely albums, an ep, and several singles. Their last album, Dychwelyd, was made the Guardian's Folk Album of the Month. They perform experimental music with Violin, Electric Guitar, Moog Grandmother and pedals. The mood ranges from ambient and soundscape to sound art and noise, and the listener will detect references to baroque music, kosmische, and electronica.They are going from strength to strength and we are delighted to have them come and play for us again. This one will be downstairs at the back of the lovely Jam Factory
