The Manchester Bounce: A celebration of soundsystem culture.
Dance Policy and SOUP, in partnership with @drmartensofficial, are celebrating the communities that built Manchester’s scene today - with an intergenerational lineup of artists hailing from the city’s suburbs of Hulme, Moss Side, Wythenshawe, and beyond.
Alongside the party, we’re featuring an exhibition by Hulme’s staple photographer HulmeLoonies and a conversation hosted by Private Joy that examines the past, present, and future of Manchester’s soundsystem culture.
Join us on the 15th October for an evening of music, photography, and discussion about the things that make our soles bounce.
Entry requires a free RSVP ticket and may be subject to venue capacity.
