An hour of deep rest, guided by sound.Settle onto a mat in our studio as sound healing facilitator Aarshia Siddique plays singing bowls, gong and chimes around you. There is nothing to do and nothing to get right. You lie back, close your eyes and let the sound wash over you.Sound Healing at Reaviva is a small group session. Choose the time that suits you.Wear comfortable clothing, mats and cushions are provided. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your session so we can begin on time.
