KNMA’s Art Hours is creating new ways for Delhi and Gurgaon to come together through art.Make this summer all about creativity and trying something new. We are bringing a series of family & artist-led workshops to UTSAV The Square, GMR Aerocity, creating new ways to engage with art across the Delhi–Gurgaon region.This is the one of many creative experiences we will be bringing in the months ahead.In Collaboration with India Experiences1. Floral Patterns | 10 October 2026 | 11.00am – 1.00pm | Ages 5+Explore the decorative language of floral motifs through symmetry, borders, colour, and repetition. Through guided activities, participants experiment with simple lines, shapes, brushwork, and colour combinations to create their own floral compositions, discovering how repetition and balance transform simple forms into engaging patterns.2. Clay and Sound | 10 October 2026 | 3.00pm – 5.00pm | Ages 16+Explore the connections between clay, craft, and sound by creating a functional terracotta whistle. Led by artist Veer, the workshop draws from his family’s pottery heritage in Samastipur, Bihar, and introduces participants to the cultural history of terracotta whistles and the science of sound. Participants experiment with traditional hand-building techniques to create their own whistles.3. Scroll Phad Painting | 11 October 2026 | 12.00pm – 4.00pm | Ages 16+Discover the centuries-old Phad scroll painting tradition of Rajasthan with Phad artist Kalyan Joshi. Participants explore how Phad brings together painting, storytelling, music, and oral traditions, while engaging with its distinctive visual language through dialogue and hands-on art-making.
