To Jazz Or Not To Jazz presents Umuthiomkhulu Ensemble Live, led by South African trombonist and bandleader Mthimkhulu. Rooted in African spiritual jazz, ancestral consciousness and contemporary African expression, Mthimkhulu brings his distinctive musical language to Johannesburg for an intimate presentation of his upcoming debut album, Imithandazo Yethu. Experience a special pre-listening session followed by a powerful live performance of spiritual jazz, improvisation and deep ensemble interplay.
