- "The Lost Boys of Carbis Bay" is a documentary about a group of Cornish mine explorers whose underground adventures reveal themes of self-discovery, camaraderie, and men’s mental health. The documentary follows the Carbis Bay Crew, a group of men who have spent over 30 years exploring Cornwall’s forgotten mines. Their activities involve descending deep mine shafts, wading through chest-deep water, and navigating tight, dangerous tunnels. While the explorations appear adrenaline-fueled, they serve as a lifeline and a form of catharsis, allowing the men to release stress and reset from everyday pressures
