Solicitors assist the community by donating their time to help people prepare a simple Will. A “simple” Will, for example, is one that leaves the person’s entire estate to their spouse or to their children, equally, without a trust. Your Will is deemed to be “complex” if you have blended families, children with special needs, business ownership or overseas investments for example.

The cost for a simple Will is $150 per person / $250 for a couple (spouse/de-facto) plus an online booking fee of $0.50.

The Solicitor will review your completed Client Information Form and ask for any additional information they may require.

After the appointment (typically 2 - 4 weeks) the Solicitor will contact you to arrange signing the completed Will at their office.
