Drawing on Chicago house as a rhythmic foundation and layering it with gauzy progressive textures, trance-tinged lo-fi, UKG basslines and her own introspective vocals, Pretty Girl's sound sits at the intersection of the club and the walk home. Pretty Girl has grown from a key figure in Melbourne's underground scene into a genuinely international live act, with recent appearances at All Points East, KOKO, Osheaga, Portola, Lost Village Coachella and Rock Herk among others.
