Bella Cloud is a singer-songwriter based in Naarm/Melbourne, whose music balances introspective and earnest lyricism steeped in indie-folk and folk rock tradition paved by the likes of Adrianne Lenker, Andy Shauf, Laura Marling, and more. At heart a traveler, she has performed across the West Coast of the U.S., in Australia, and in England with the hope that her music lands with those with open hearts and open ears. This will be her first performance in Naarm accompanied by a band and is sure to be a sweet night. Special guests Norwood, the project of Naarm/Melbourne based singer-songwriters Olivia Bolmat and Nathaniel Peacock, will begin the evening. Formed through a shared admiration of upfront lyricism and inseparable harmonies, the pair have always aimed to create songs that find weight in their unassuming tenderness.
