Tai Chi+ NEW Venue: Keilor Community Hub, 704B Old Calder Hwy, Keilor Tuesdays 6 October- 15 December (10 sessions) (EXCLUDING NOVEMBER 3 PUBLIC HOLIDAY) 9.15 –10am - $50 Discover mindful movement of Tai Chi designed to build balance, energy, mobility, and overall wellbeing - elements of Qigong included. No experience required. If you would like to join a program that has already started, please contact the Centre on 9249 4224 to organise a pro-rata payment. You will receive a Promo Code so you only pay for classes from your start date.
