The auditorium seating is thoughtfully designed so every seat offers an unobstructed view of the stage! All SINGLE TICKETS MUST BE BOUGHT IN THE MEZZANINE LEVEL OR THE BOX SEATS SECTION**** NOTE: Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the HUSD PAC Theater, and any violation of this rule will result in personal liability in accordance with the theater’s policies. Age Restriction: Children under the age of 5 (including infants) are not permitted in the theater to ensure the best experience for our audience and performers. ***PLEASE READ*** IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS FOR ALL OUR PATRONS Thank you for your support! The Adaayein team is very excited to see you all on Sept 13th! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to review these important details for the day of the show: *Ticket Policy:* Everyone must have either a printed paper ticket or a digital ticket ready. *Please note that the organizer and the theater will not process or provide refunds* Important Notice: You must have your tickets scanned at the ticket desk to receive your wristband, which must be worn at all times to enter the theatre auditorium and get dinner. *Scanning, Wristbands & Food Stub:* Tickets will be scanned at the ticket booth. You will receive a wristband for entry which will also serve as your food stub. You must wear the wristband to enter the auditorium and to receive your food! *Theater Rules & Cleanliness:* No food or beverages (except water) will be allowed inside the theater, and theater staff will be strictly monitoring this. If you bring a disposable plastic water bottle into the auditorium, please do not leave any trash under your seats. We kindly but strongly urge everyone to use the trash bins provided in the lobby. Thank you for helping us keep the theater clean! *Schedule & Timing* Welcome Beverage & Snack: *Served from 3:30 to 4:15 PM ONLY* Arrive early to socialize, take photos in the lobby, and enjoy complimentary tea and snacks! *Please Note:* These will not be served during the dinner break. 4:00 PM: Auditorium doors open. 4:25 PM: Please be in your seats LATEST by 4:25PM 4:30 PM: The show starts – The Auditorium Doors will close sharp at 4:30pm! *Late Policy:* The auditorium doors will close at 4:30 PM. READ MORE BELOW! Late Arrivals: If you arrive late and the main ticket desk is unattended, please proceed directly to the Will Call ticket booth to have your tickets scanned and collect your band. Opening Act: Please arrive on time and be seated by 4:25pm latest to avoid disappointment and ensure you do not miss the opening act song. Auditorium doors will close at 4:30 PM sharp because the opening act cannot be interrupted, and late arrivals will have to wait outside until the song is over. To prevent interruptions during the opening performance, latecomers will not be permitted to enter until the first song is finished. Please plan accordingly! *Dinner:* *30 minutes DINNER BREAK:* *Approximately between 6-6:30PM* (tea may also be available). Remember to wear your wristband - that is your food stub 🙂 ·VVIP & Sponsors: A separate food counter in a designated area marked with signs. *Parking:* Parking is free and available right on the premises. *Alcohol is strictly prohibited on HUSD premises*. Violators will be held personally liable and/or fined. Management & organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates this policy.
