Holder agrees that the The Engineering Students’ Society, the Governors of the University of Alberta, and theUniversity of Alberta Students’ Union their respective affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees (collectively the ‘Released Parties’), are expressly released from any and all claims arising from or relating to such causes or otherwise occurring at or in connection with the event, including specifically but not exclusively claims arising from or relating to the negligence of the released parties. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility policies. Ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with laws and facility policies, and acknowledges illegal substances are not permitted on the premises. Prohibited items (which may include bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the Governors of the University of Alberta and/or the University of Alberta Students’Union.
