RIM is a pop-up d¥ke wine bar by two d¥kes who work in food and wine. it’s a bar for everyone who loves wine - whether you know your vouvray from your vosne-romanée, or are enthusiastic about cold vinho verde in victoria park. RIM shines a spotlight on women winemakers making delicious wine. RIM is split into two parts - WEST LONDON EDITION -7-8PM:ticketed tasting event for those who’d like to learn more about wine, with a tasting flight and semi-formal wine education from a wine professional. there are 3 wines and tickets are £20.8-10PM:free-entry wine night open to all, with glasses starting at £7.50 from the bar and we're offering a limited £6 first-drink ticket (red or white) for the social from 8PM*there will also be cocktail, beer, and low to no-alc options, as well as snacks/nibbles and small plates. THE VIBEan unpretentious “fancy wine night” for the people: long conversations, soft music, and dressing up “just because”. curated wine lists, small plates, fair prices. down-to-earth, chill vibes. because we all deserve nice things. NO DRINK MINIMUM. low to no alc options from 8PM. ACCESSIBILITYthe venue has step-free access, with everything on the same floor. the bathroom is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, however the business across the street has accessible toilets. there is an outdoor area at the front of the venue. seating will be on low tables, chairs and stools. the toilets will be gender-neutral. if you require specific accommodations, let us know via Instagram (@rimwine) when RSVPing and we’ll do our best to accommodate. SAFER SPACEthis is a private event and we'll take over the entire venue. if anyone is making you uncomfortable, let an organizer know, and we’ll step in.the bar is queer-managed and very aware of the community’s higher safety needs.transfem, transmasc, non-binary, cis, intersex, bi and ace d¥kes are all welcome. if you identify as a d¥ke, this is your space. *this is only valid for your first glass/one per person and can be bought together with the tasting event (7-8PM)
