Macquarie Marshes Kayak Tour - new shorter tour, gentle pace

Stunning wetlands and waterbirds await!
Paddle in the stunning Macquarie Marshes on this guided tour. Most of the Macquarie Marshes are not open to the general public, so this is a unique opportunity to experience this ecologically important (and amazing) place.
Soak up the sights and sounds as you have time to slow down, watch waterbirds, and relax in beautiful wetlands.
Note this is a shorter tour than our standard tour, and your tour guide will be Carmen. Also note that if you just want to paddle, this is not the tour for you - it is slow, with birdwatching, and we only paddle a short distance.
Tours are conducted as a group experience, which means travelling at a pace that is comfortable for everyone, including slower or less experienced paddlers. We warmly welcome people with little or no paddling experience.
A medium level of fitness is still required for the tour though. You will also need to climb through or over some barbed-wire fences (with assistance).
Kayaks and lifejackets are provided. The kayaks are sit-in kayaks with back rests.
The minimum number of guests for this tour is two people.
We have nice small group sizes (6 people for this tour).
People who use wheelchairs may be able to participate, depending on your circumstances and environmental conditions – please contact us to discuss.
