The Future Invest Forum 2026 is a forward-looking initiative bringing together investors, industry and Regional Leaders, government representatives, councils, and key stakeholders to explore and unlock investment opportunities across the New England North West region of NSW.
The forum focuses on the key enablers of sustainable regional growth, including water security, transport and logistics, liveability factors such as infrastructure, housing and tourism development, workforce capability, and the conditions required to attract and retain long-term investment. It examines how regional areas can strengthen resilience and competitiveness while positioning themselves for future population and economic growth.
Under the theme “Innovation and Investment Shaping the New England North West”, the Forum will cut through broad ambition to examine the practical decisions, partnerships and investment needed to unlock long-term regional prosperity. 
The fast-moving half-day program will feature keynote presentations, investment intelligence, a regional innovation showcase, a fireside conversation and a cross sector panel featuring some of the region's most influential business, government and industry leaders. Speakers include Karina Tyler, Investment Manager, Industry Business Attraction & Future Industries Regional Economic Development, Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development; Eloise Chaplain, General Manager, Narrabri Shire Council; Brandon Grosse, Small Business Banker, Greater North West NSW, National Australia Bank; Jamie Condon, Managing Director, SierraTek Global, Thomas Eather from Bellevue Pastoral Company; and more special guest speakers. 
The aim is to align priorities across sectors and support coordinated action that improves investment readiness and future growth across the New England North West Region.
