Description
To celebrate the digital release of her Record Store Day album 'Live at St Paul's With NZ Trio' (coming 25th September on Chrysalis). New Zealand–raised, Manchester-based songwriter Nadia Reid presents a run of intimate shows featuring old and new songs, re-imagined with a two-piece string ensemble. Reid reflects: “In 2021 some of my songs were arranged by Alex Taylor for violin, piano and cello. It feels special to be digging out those scores and performing with Todmorden-based multi-instrumentalist DBH, and newcomer Josh Horsley from Liverpool on cello.” These intimate shows are not to be missed. Nadia is currently working on new material for her fifth studio album.
