Tokyo Innovation Base aims to be a global node of innovation. Three years after its opening, TIB has evolved into a global NODE of innovation, where diverse stakeholders from across Japan and around the world connect, collaborate, and co-create new value. As we look ahead to the next stage of ecosystem development, we invite stakeholders to explore how we can collectively shape the future of innovation. At TIB 3rd Anniversary ~Startup Ecosystem Day~, TIB will be transformed into a vibrant showcase of its role as a NODE, hosting a wide variety of programs led by diverse stakeholders throughout the facility. This year, several programs will also focus on “Global × Scale-up,” a key theme of Tokyo’s enhanced startup strategy launched last year. (ROOM) This session will explore the role of innovation hubs in supporting the growth of deep-tech startups, featuring an introduction to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s initiative and presentations by BioLabs Tokyo, selected in the previous fiscal year, as well as this year’s selected operators, Prime Life Technologies Corporation and Tokyo University of Science. ■14:00-14:30 ARTE TOKYO Session (STAGE) Introducing the highlights of ARTE TOKYO, a new festival of arts and culture taking place across Tokyo, this session explores how art and creativity can open up new possibilities for the city. ■15:00-16:00 Domestic Ecosystem Session (ROOM) A session in which players who have been actively building Japan’s startup ecosystem come together to discuss the latest trends and future collaboration opportunities. Participants share case studies and challenges from their respective organizations, and exchange views on how to strengthen ecosystem development and promote both domestic and international partnerships. ■16:00-17:00 Empower Her Session (STAGE) To Be Announced… ■16:00-17:30 Collaborative Startup Meet Up! 2026 (ROOM) Startups collaborating with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will hold panel discussions and pitch sessions, along with hands-on exhibitions of their products and services. ■17:00-18:00 Ecosystem Player Feedback Session (STAGE) Looking back on three years since TIB’s opening, this session brings together a diverse range of ecosystem players — including startups, VCs, accelerators, support organizations, and corporations — to reflect on achievements and changes along the way. Participants share candid perspectives on the role they expect TIB to play and the possibilities ahead, exploring insights for the next stage of growth. ■18:00-19:30 （Tentative Title）Open Innovation Showcase: Physical AI & Entertainment (ROOM) Discover real-world open innovation case studies between corporations and startups in the Physical AI and Entertainment sectors. Following the session, participants will have the opportunity to network and explore new collaboration opportunities. 【3F】 ■12:00-13:00 Global Round Table Session (SALON) A roundtable bringing together ecosystem players from Japan and around the world to discuss the latest trends in startup ecosystems and future collaboration opportunities. Participants share advanced case studies and challenges from their respective regions, and exchange ideas on building global networks and promoting international partnerships. ■11:00-19:00 STUDENT DAY (LOUNGE) To Be Announced… ■15:40-20:30 Yukiguni Startup Day 2026 (SALON) Yukiguni Startup Day brings the challenges of local startups in Ojiya and Minamiuonuma, two cities in Niigata’s Yukiguni (snow country) region, to Tokyo. For its second year as a joint event of the two cities, the program is built around two themes, FoodTech and SnowTech. Entrepreneurs and local business owners who are solving problems and creating new value unique to Yukiguni will take the stage. The event opens with a keynote by Kohei Takashima, President of Oisix Inc.
