Here's how the hour breaks down: 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time with the kittens 5 minutes of sharing circle Why people keep coming back Kitten yoga has a way of making the room soften. You arrive a little tense, a little distracted, and then a Devon Rex headbutts your shin and your nervous system just... exhales. That is not something a regular Saturday morning errand run can offer. A note on Devon Rex kittens Devon Rex cats are famously curious, affectionate, and a little mischievous. They bond quickly with people and tend to seek out warmth and contact, which means they are genuinely interested in you, not just tolerating your presence. Expect purring, unexpected perching, and the occasional kitten who decides your mat is their mat now. Families and kids This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the kittens with care. Mats provided. No experience needed.
