Together, we’ll tackle the Bread Basket Showstopper from Episode 3, “Bread Week.” Lisa will guide you through the techniques and steps as you create your own version of this impressive centerpiece.Whether you’re a devoted fan of The Great American Baking Show, an enthusiastic home baker, or simply curious about what happens behind the scenes in the famous tent, this is your chance to experience the show from a whole new perspective—with someone who was actually there.Last summer she joined seven of “America’s Best Home Bakers” to bake in the tent and be judged by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. You can watch Lisa’s baking adventures on Season 4 of The Great American Baking Show, now streaming on Roku.In this class, we will watch Lisa recreate the Vertical Cake Challenge from Episode 1, “Cake Week” (demonstration), and together we will make the Bread Basket Showstopper from Episode 3, “Bread Week” (hands-on), on TGABS.What To ExpectInstructor: No Thyme to Cook Lead Chef InstructorLength: Approximately 3 hours.Format: Hybrid - Demo/Hands-On: Enjoy the best of both worlds! Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step guidance to prepare your own Breadbasket while learning professional techniques. Throughout the class, the Chef will also demonstrate and re-create the Vertical Cake for you to observe. Questions are encouraged, and volunteers may be invited to assist during demonstrations.Location: First floor.Restrictions: Ages 16 and older.
