Spend a Saturday morning creating with Sister Sandy Yost!SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice that uses creativity for self-discovery. It’s for anybody - whether you’re on a spiritual journey or going through a stressful situation and would like to connect with some support.This session is inspired by the writings of St. Hildegard of Bingen, and will focus on using SoulCollage® to uncover the wisdom hidden in different energy centers in the body. You may encounter a companion animal to support you in a healing journey. You will then make a SoulCollage® card to represent this relationship and practice letting the energy of the card speak to you.
