Cash zine is a magazine created by Silvie and Sheela. It explores communities reliant on cash, anonymity and worker struggles in an increasingly hostile and tech-focused world of surveillance. It showcases the creativity of workers, comprised of photography and written submissions on the theme of cash.After a sell-out Cymru soft launch, Cash Zine brings issue one to East London at Walthamstow Trades Hall. Issue one is limited and available for sale, alongside some exclusive cash zine merch.Our event will feature readings from their anonymously submitted cash stories, performances and cash bangers played by our DJ for the night En.vee.We have set different tickets tiers to try and make it accessible, but we will still be accepting cash on the door (obviously) and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
