"One download right for the symposium proceedings" is for additional symposium proceedings. Each registration fee includes one download right for the symposium proceedings. One registration fee includes: one on-site attendance right of this symposium, one banquet ticket, one download right of the symposium proceeding, one paper publication, and something special for you, all of which are non-transferable.. The registration fee does not include: attendance fee for the technical tour, extra paper publication fee (see below) and over page fee. Early bird registration: available until Sep. 8, Sep. 14, 23:59 JST. Regular registration fees (not early bird registration fees) are applied after Sep. 9, Sep. 15 00:00 JST. Publication fee: if you are presenting two or more papers by yourself, the "Publication fee for an additional paper" is required to be purchased for the number of papers in excess of one. In other words, if you are presenting three papers, you are required to purchase two "Additional Paper Publication Fees". VISA document request: Please contact to the symposium secretary if you need the invitation letter and other documents for VISA application. Canceleration policy: <In case that the symposium is canceled> The ISEIM2026 organizing committee may decide to cancel the symposium, if there are any risks that the participants may be in danger. 1) A special weather warning or storm warning is issued. 2) A large-scale disaster is occurred. 3) Outbreak of viral infectious diseases such as influenza. 4)In case of emergency. The cancellation of the symposium is judged by the day; therefore, even if the first day is canceled, it may be held after the second day. The paper you have submitted is considered to be presented and published with the release of proceedings data (for downloads). Even if the symposium is shortened or canceled, it will be deemed to have been held for all dates, and we have no discount on the price of the registration fee. The registration fee will be charged to no-shows during the symposium period. (The registration fee may be waived for person recognized by executive committee such as invited speakers.) <In case of absence because of personal reasons> If you cancel your presentation because of personal reasons (Including the case that you fail to come to the symposium because the operation of the transportation is suspended), participation fee will be charged as the paper you have submitted is published with the release of proceedings data. We will notify you of the website to download the Symposium Proceedings as well as other participants.
