Flatdog Blues Band brings a brand-new live music experience to The Knoll with Toto-ly Blues… a crafted musical journey tracing the evolution of the blues all the way to the iconic sound of Toto.
Fronted by Antonio and Joanne Ravell on guitar and vocals, with Gwynn Williams on keys, the band’s powerhouse rhythm section features Ronnie McNamara on bass and Andrew Shuttleworth on drums, both alumni of Durban’s legendary Bobby and the Dynamites. Together they deliver authentic, heartfelt blues with the freedom to bring in special guests and create something truly memorable.
The band will deliver classic blues-rock featuring the sounds of Muddy Waters, Clapton, Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, ZZ Top, The Stones, Stevie Wonder, and a massive Toto finale with Hold the Line, Rosanna, Africa and more.
