Beach Skills Program

Session: Anglesea
This workshop is targeted to U12 to Open athletes All levels catered for - athletes will be grouped according to skill level and age group, as appropriate.

What Participants Will Learn:

  • Active and team-oriented sessions
  • Event-specific skills and technique development
  • Warm up, training and competition principles, strategy and preparations
  • Circuits, agility, conditioning and strength exercises
  • Race simulation

Athletes will learn from experienced coaches, train alongside members from other clubs and gain exposure to a variety of training and competition approaches.
