Do you ever feel that certain patterns keep repeating in your life, in relationships, family, emotions, work or the way you see yourself?

Sometimes we carry more than we realise. Family stories, unspoken pain, old loyalties and emotional patterns can quietly shape how we feel, the choices we make and the way we relate to others.

Family Constellations is a gentle, experiential approach that helps us look at these hidden patterns with more clarity, compassion and understanding.

This workshop is not about blaming parents, family or the past. It is about seeing the bigger picture, understanding what may be influencing us beneath the surface, and finding a more peaceful place within ourselves.

You may find this workshop helpful if you are experiencing:

  • repeated relationship patterns
  • family conflict or emotional distance
  • anxiety, guilt or a sense of being stuck
  • grief, loss or unresolved emotions
  • difficulty setting boundaries
  • a feeling that you are carrying something that is not fully yours

What to Expect on the Day

The workshop runs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes early, so you have time to settle into the space and get comfortable before we begin.

We will start with a welcome and opening circle, followed by a brief introduction to the principles of Family Constellations and the way we will work together throughout the day.

The day will include several periods of experiential constellation work, exploring family relationships, intergenerational patterns and systemic dynamics as they emerge within the group process.

There will be short refreshment breaks throughout the day between the experiential work.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be provided.

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Integration, Reflections & Q&A

The final hour will be dedicated to integration, reflection and questions, with space to process what has emerged during the day and bring the experience to a grounded and meaningful close.

We will finish with a closing circle.

6:00 PM – Workshop Close

No previous experience is needed. You can participate actively or simply observe. Both can be meaningful.

The space will be supportive, respectful and confidential.
