PROCESS WORK & AIKIDO — Two Powerful Strategies for Transforming Conflict What if conflict could become an opportunity for awareness, connection, and change? Join us in Tokyo, October 17–18, for a unique two-day workshop bringing together Process Work and Aikido — two powerful approaches to working with conflict. Process Work offers practical tools for understanding and transforming conflict in relationships, organizations, communities, and the wider world. Aikido brings another dimension: learning through the body, movement, awareness, and connection rather than opposition. Together, we will explore how body, movement, mind, and emotions can help us meet challenging situations differently — and discover more sustainable and creative ways forward. The workshop will be led by Hiroshi Ikeda Shihan, Susan Newton Sensei, PhD, and Gary Reiss, PhD.
