On Saturday, September 26, 2026, to coincide with the Shinagawa Shukuba Festival, we'll be running a special "Shinagawa Cruise"! This cruise will carry passengers dressed as Edo-era townspeople. In addition, "Mage Megane-san," known for his activities in Edo-period townsperson attire, will guide you through the boat! Feel the atmosphere of the Edo period as you enjoy a very different view of the waterfront, sailing from Shinagawa-ura to Odaiba. Preschool child bookings are limited to 1 per adult. Preschool children cannot book alone. Bookings that exceed these conditions will be cancelled by the organizer. Thank you for your understanding in advance. <Safety Measures> The vessel undergoes a safety inspection every morning before operation. Navigation is handled by a yakatabune (traditional houseboat) operator based in Shinagawa-ura, and thorough safety measures are in place, including life-saving cushions on every seat. Please board with peace of mind. <Notes> If you have any questions on the day, please speak with the reception staff. In case of severe weather (average wind speed over 10 m/s, wave height over 1 m, rainfall over 5 mm/h, or visibility under 1,000 m), the sailing will be cancelled. [Cancellation Policy] If you contact us by 3 days (72 hours) before your sailing date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after that point, or no-shows on the day, are non-refundable regardless of the reason. If the sailing is cancelled due to severe/bad weather, you will receive a full refund. Whether the cruise operates will be decided based on the weather conditions on the day. Depending on the weather, the cancellation decision may be made at the last minute.
