The organizers reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time without prior notice.
Tour guides have the authority to allocate seats.
Immoral conduct or misbehavior with organizers, team members or fellow participants is strictly prohibited.
Smoking in the transport vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Special respect and privacy privileges must be afforded to female participants at all times.
Permission must be obtained before taking pictures of other participants, especially females.
Unauthorized photography may result in confiscation of the memory card.
Participants must respect local norms and traditions at all times.
Participants are responsible for properly disposing of their own garbage.
Environmental care is mandatory.
Wrappers and empty bottles should be kept with participants and disposed of properly.
Arrival and departure timings may differ from the originally mentioned schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizers are not responsible for such delays.

24 hours before departure: 100% deduction
48 hours before departure: 75% deduction
4 days or more before departure: 50% deduction
