We're delighted to welcome Barry Chandler to the legendary Bermingham's Bar for an evening of stories and whiskies. Widely regarded as one of the world's most respected independent voices in Irish whiskey, Barry has carved out a remarkable career through his passion, knowledge and infectious enthusiasm for the spirit. Over the course of 90 minutes, Barry will take us on his extraordinary journey- from pouring tea for little old ladies in Cobh to becoming one of the very few people on the planet ever trusted to open and pour the legendary Midleton Silent Chapter bottlings. Along the way, he'll share the characters he's met, the unforgettable drams he's tasted, and the moments that have made him one of Irish whiskey's best-loved storytellers. As if the stories weren't enough, Barry will also be bringing along a selection of very special Stories & Sips whiskey releases. Guests will have the opportunity to taste a number of these exceptional bottlings while hearing the stories behind them—a rare chance to experience some truly outstanding whiskeys in the company of the man who selected them.
