This gentle, all-levels yoga session is led by Full Circle Mind & Body of Lewiston and offers a calming, mid-day reset surrounded by inspiring artwork.Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this is a welcoming space to pause, stretch, and refocus—right on the Niagara University campus.Classes are held in the peaceful setting of the Main Gallery, with outdoor options available when the weather’s nice. A limited number of yoga mats will be available, but feel free to bring your own.Come for the art.
